Platform and architecture

| Fail closed | Abstain, refuse, or return nothing when data, keys, or permissions are missing — never invent data or fall back to another tenant |
| Zero LLM math | Every number is computed by deterministic code; an LLM may only polish prose |
| Coolify | Self-hosted PaaS used for production deploys: one Dockerfile app per tier + managed Postgres/Redis |
Identity, sessions, and access

Screen-level terms (short)

| Quitus fiscal | Tax-clearance certificate; a fatal blocker when missing |
