• ADMIN visible to institution admins in the sidebar shows Membres & droits (/workspace/org-members); profile is also a route, opened from the account menu, not the sidebar.
• Query shape is always /workspace/{section}?project={dealId}; sections that need a deal show an empty state when no deal is open.

Server-side exports

Institutional downloads are generated by the C# API (POST /api/exports/*, ExportsController), proxied by Next at /api/locus/exports/*. The browser never builds committee PDFs with window.print().
