Profile & org admin
Profile
| Route | /workspace/profile |
| Opened from | Account menu Profil (not the main sidebar) |
Purpose. Name, email, and role printed on visas, memos, and the audit log.
What it does. Title Profil. One panel. Initials from the first two words of the name. Editable: Nom, Adresse (email). Read-only: Rôle, Institution. Enregistrer disabled when either editable field is blank. Success: Profil enregistré. Saves currentUserName and team-member name/email through the organization profile — does not change role.
Defaults follow the authenticated session. Do not ship committee packs under a leftover seed persona.
Business value. An audit trail with a shared anonymous login is not an audit trail. The name here is what memo letterheads and exports should attribute.
Use case. Set name/email before exporting a COSUMAF attestation or memo.
Org settings
| Route | /workspace/org-settings |
|---|---|
| Who | INSTITUTION_ADMIN (and equivalent) |
Logo (logoDataUrl), legal name, jurisdiction profile. Sidebar shows org identity, not the analyst name. COSUMAF attestation uses product logo + authenticated arrangeur org.
Org members
| Route | /workspace/org-members |
|---|---|
| Who | Institution admin |
SMTP invites, role assignment (six-tier matrix), module entitlement overrides, membership audit. BFF: /api/locus/members*.
Access requests (bank view)
| Route | /workspace/access-requests |
|---|
Visibility into the onboarding queue. Authoritative review / provision lives in locus-ops.
